Shinsakuto made in a joint effort(gassaku) by Kanetsugu Kimura and his son Mitsuhiro Kimura. Kanetsugu Kimura is an award winning sword smith. This fine sword comes in full mounts with lovely shinshinto period higo style fuchi/kashira and menuki and an early 1900’s tsuba. The sword was made for use and has been cut with a few times which is the reason for the deeply discounted price. If you’ve always wanted ot own a fine shinsakuto, here is your chance.
